"Service was great. Our waitress was awesome. When we were seated, we were notified we had to wait for rolls, it took about 15 mins to get them. Then after we ordered, we got out food. We ordered the 6oz steak and ribs, 8oz steak, and an all American burger. The steaks were cooked to a perfect medium, but my son's burger had to be sent back 2.times. All he wanted was it to be well done. The first time it was medium, the second one was rare, and the third was finally well done. But it took so long that he didn't get to eat there, we had to take it to go. I guess with all this said I don't understand how hard it is to cook a well done burger. When you can cook steaks at all different levels? Kinda disappointing family dinner."

"Ordered and 8oz steak and shrimp with a baked potatoes butter and cheese only and a Ceasars salad. My salad never showed. My baked potatoes had sour cream and I couldn't chew the steak way to much gristle not to mention it was not 8 Oz saw our server 1 time and never again. I will only come back for the rolls not happy that I had to pay for something I couldn't eat. Response to owner that replied. I went up to the check in area and asked for our server to come to the table and she never did when I went to pay my bill I told them they said next time tell your server it's to late now...... your resteraunt needs better staff and no they do not fix issues. Horrible service"

"Had a terrible experience last night. Joined the waitlist and was told 20-30 min wait. I arrived and checked in on the app. At about 30 min they said gather my party and come in. We went in and a line was too the door of others waiting to check in. After several minutes we made it to the front and was told they were cleaning the table. (They always say that). After waiting several more minutes we were finally seated. The waitress was great! However, I couldn't believe how terribly the food was presented. I ordered the sirloin and shrimp combo with fries. Waitress asked how many shrimp - 3,6,9 or 12? I said six. I get this often. It's always on a large plate. Shrimp is on a skewer and placed on Texas toast. When the food runner brought my food, it arrived on a small plate. The fries and shrimp were piled on top of the sirloin. There were only 5 shrimp not 6. My granddaughter got a kids meal of 2 small cheeseburgers and fries. The kids meal was on a large plate and had twice as many fries as my steak meal. I told the waitress I was missing a shrimp. She apologized and brought 5 more shrimp and Texas toast. The steak was cook on a temp that was too high. It was charred on the outside and raw in the middle. All of our food was only slightly above room temperature. This is the second bad experience we've had. A few months ago we were seated and no waitress ever came to our table. Three other tables were seated after us and waitresses took their orders. No one waited on us so we left and sat at the bar. We won't be back to this location."

"I've been to this establishment multiple times and have had great experiences but tonight was the total opposite. I ordered a pretty decent size to go order and went to pick this up I did not check my bag until I had gotten home but once I did I was missing a substantial amount of my order. When I arrived at the restaurant again I went in to let them know i had only received one meal out of everthing that i ordered and one of the two women responded by saying she knew there was more than one item in the bag. Basically insinuating that I was lying about not getting the items that i actually didnt get. I sat in the parking lot waiting for them to cook the things that I never received for about 30-40 mins. The crazy part is that the things that I didn't receive were not just forgotten to hand to me they were never even made. Once i received the things that were missing from my order everything was thrown together ribs,shrimp,salmon all in one box. Also idk if they were trying to be funny but they threw in 3 burnt rolls. Very disappointed with this experience tonight."

"Friday night dinner! We were in Anderson and decided to stop here. I had not been to this one before. Busy for a Friday night but the wait isn’t that long when you use the waitlist in the app. Had 2 appetizers. Blooming onion and rattlesnake bites. Both were tasty as usual. Rolls came late to the table because they were baking more. The size of them were much smaller then other Texas Roadhouses I’ve been to before. I ordered a 6oz sirloin with a salad and green beans. Both were delicious and juicy. I liked how the waitress asked us to check our steaks to make sure they were cooked to our order and they were. My husband had a 16oz sirloin and steak fries. Our waitress, Sara, was nice and had our refills coming with out asking. Overall an enjoyable evening."
