"I've had mostly good experiences here, but the last time I was there me and my wife both got the chicken Alfredo and half of the bowls were filled with water. It was like it wasn't drained and instead they put the pasta noodles and the water they were heated in straight into the bowl so we just left. So mostly good experiences, but it's hard to put something like that out of the mind when thinking about the place."
"2-18-24 Anderson Fazoli's. My order included an Italian sub, Club sub and 6 breadsticks. I did not get the breadsticks. This isn't the first time an order was messed up through the drive up. The phone number on their site is disconnected!"

"The food is ok at Fazolis (Italian, of course), but the bread sticks are the outstanding thing on the menu. Those soft, warm, yummy tubes are what being you back. If you’ve not been to a Fazolis, it’s kind of like a Culver’s for Italian food. You can dine in or drive thru. We had time and ate inside on this visit. You wait in line to order, get your own drink, and get a number to take to your table so that they can deliver your order to you. For us. The meatball sub (huge) and baked chicken ziti were ok - and the breadsticks were very yummy. The restaurant itself however needed some love. The drink/condiment area was messy and the floors were sticky."
