"I rented a room with two beds, but when I checked into the hotel they did not have a room with two beds available, I agreed to a room with one bed, for 4 days I paid for a room with two beds and when on the fourth day I needed a room with two beds I went up to the reception and asked to change my room, in response the girl began to be rude, rude, grinning and eventually threw the key to another room! I have never encountered such a boorish attitude! I hope the hotel management will take this into account and have a conversation about how to communicate with hotel clients!"

"BEWARE! First off, they overcharged me on an extended stay in which I was originally given a rate sheet for (completely different from what I was charged). When brought to the managers’ attention, they said it was an old sheet, the front desk shouldn’t have given me that copy and it COULD NOT be honored after already having stayed there for 16 days! Room service was horrible, had to ask for towels and toilet paper in which they never brought me for 3 days in a row so I ended up going to buy my own toilet paper. Phone and smoke detector were broken in the room and the room itself was so dusty and nasty I had to disinfect and sweep it myself. Total waste of money and such a deceiving company! I moved on over to Staybridge Suites next door and they had a full kitchen & refrigerator and was so much cleaner. Quality didn’t have a kitchen and only provided a mini fridge. I also stayed at the Candlewood suites off of bash road on a return flight and they were nothing short of great as well. DO NOT STAY AT QUALITY SUITES NE. It’s a waste of money for what you pay and the service is so horrible! Front desk guy didn’t even know how to ring me up for an extended stay. That should have been my red flag right there. Visitors beware. It’s awful! Would not send anyone to this place. EVER!"

"The place was so run down. The elevator was very dirty and shaky. The window looking into the fitness room looked like it was knocked out and covered by blinds. Our room was dirty, toilet was dirty and there was a quarter size hole in our fitted sheet. I mentioned it to the front desk about getting new sheets and it was never addressed and we were there for 2 days. Very disappointed."

"Stayed at this hotel while in town. I wasn’t sure what to expect based on the reviews and the rating they had so far. My experience was not bad at all. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. The only problem I had was I feel they need to replace some of the wood furniture, it just looked like it had streaks of something on it that wouldn’t come off and the fire alarm was hanging from the wires in the ceiling. Other than that it was not a bad room for the price."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is very unsafe. Many people actually live in this hotel and we were constantly hearing fights and screams. A man was brutally beating a woman in the room next to us, front desk did nothing, we called the cops on their behalf... The place is very dirty with brown stains everywhere and weird smells. They do not provide room service unless you stay more than 5 days. We asked for towels 3 days in a row and did not get any. Bread in the cafeteria had mold on it. A ton of the 5 star reviews here are fake."
