"This hotel is quite expensive for the quality of the rooms. Even with the older holiday inn style rooms they should be cleaner looking. Nice older style hotel but just feels patched together and dated. They do make up for this with their very good service I do have to mention. They do take pride in their hotel and treat the guests with care."
"Be prepared, the lights in our room kept coming on throughout the night. Luckily they would turn themselves off but the real alarming part is the fact someone came in our room 1.5hrs before our checkout time. It would be wise to use the bar lock on the door."
"We go away to celebrate our anniversary every year for the past 29 years ago. This was by far the best experience we've ever had. They upgraded us to a suite, gave is a celebratory cake and even put the number on flower petals on our bed. It was spectacular."
"Was in town for the Big Ten Championship. The hotel was right near the stadium. It is also right in the the heart of the Shopping Restaurants. It is a great location for Football Basketball or just enjoying a night out in Indy. The hotel staff was friendly with an amazing Breakfast Buffet in the morning. The Bar was nice and friendly particularly how busy they were. We did not spend much time in the room, but the room was extremely large for a regular room, clean, the showers had plenty of hot water, complimentary robe with a minifridge and bottled water.. It is an amazing building with a very friendly staff. Highly recommend."
"This was an amazing place to stay. The staff at reception was great, helpful, and welcoming. The room was excellent, very clean and had a good view of some parts of downtown. I do believe that the valet service and the bar could have some improvements. For the valet, it just simply took too long and I wasn’t even sure if they were getting my car. For the bar, I think the bartenders could just be a little friendlier and more welcoming."
