"The woman who was at the UPS store was completely rude and unprofessional. When I pointed out an extreme ice hazard outside the secondary door her reply was "perhaps you should just stay home". The primary door was clear and she insisted I use the door with the hazard. Her attitude and professionalism was one of the worst I ever encountered with UPS. I will still use UPS, just not the 6275 University location for shipping etc."

"It's fine for just dropping off packages because the people working here don't have to do anything but maybe go somewhere else for shipping. I just went here to send a framed picture and the woman measured it and then told me it would cost $160 to ship. I was shocked. It's not that large of a piece and not heavy really either. I was like....that's not really going to work for me. So she diddles around on the computer and goes back and brings back a box. Then 30 seconds later she says it'll be $50. I was like what. Are you really that incompetent that you cany get a price for me within $100? Am I supposed to haggle at a UPS? It was so weird. Then she messed up the address I was sending it to and the insurance on the package. I found these mistakes before the final sale. Do NOT accept what they tell you here as final. Employees here are just bad at their jobs."
