AA CAB COMPANY

"Zero if I could. Called for a cab. Phone was answered after 5 rings, "Hello?" "Oh, is this AA cab?" "Yeah." "I need to order a ride." "What's your address?" Before I even got halfway through, "That guy is on a run. I'll have him call you." An hour and a half later, with no call, from "him" I ordered an Uber. Fast, friendly and thrifty service. I will never call these losers again."

"Yes, I got to where I needed to be, but these guys need to get their act together. I called to arrange a pick up at 1:20 pm about a week in advance. The night before, they call me to confirm my pick up for 1:20 in the morning-not at all what I had said. Then as I get into the car the next day, the driver tells me that he had been told to pick me up at 4:00 thatmorning… As we’re driving down the highway, I wanted to make sure we were going to the right place. So I ask him if we’re going to the destination I’d indicated while setting up the trip. He says oh, I thought you wanted to go to the here. So – we turn around, actually go past where he picked me up , and head to the correct location. This was just totally unprofessional and an absolute nuisance. I will not be using the service again for sure."

"I really appreciate this service I was stuck at the heart center because of a mix up with insurance. They closed the heart center. I was stuck there 50 miles from home and very sick. I called and got a ride home and had some difficulty (because the heart center was closed and the parking lot rules) with the pick up but once I was delivered at home the driver was so nice and professional to check the back seat and gave me my cell phone. OMG! if not for that I would have had a Major problem. I highly recommend the service. Thanks"

"We used this taxi service multiple times and had a different driver each time. All were on time, professional, courteous, and safe. The cost was reasonable as well. Appreciate not having to worry or appoint a DD to get around the city."

"I am not one to go to the trouble of posting reviews, but given my experience I must. I would give a 0 star for this driver and company if I could. First, the Driver’s vehicle was old and the smell of cigarette smoke took my breath away. The van was hot and we had to ask for a/c. Driver turned radio up loud without asking if we minded. He drove fast and slung us around on curves. But the kicker was when he called in to dispatch to notify of the pick-up. He said “I’ve got 2 old women”. He had no consideration for us and was unprofessional. Will NOT use this company again!!!!!"
