"Hotel jacked price up from $250 per night to $450 due to severe weather in area. Arrived checked in and upon entering the room found a BEDBUG infestation. Saved images of the BEDBUGS crawling about the sheets but have no way to upload to this site. Walked out immediately, refused to stay and requested refund which has not processed as of yet. A mother with a newborn was staying down the hall from us and had to request an entirely new set of sheets and bedding as her bed had not been changed and had food strewn across the sheets. Management had simply made the bed after the last stay rather than changing the sheets. Horrific."

"the dude yelled and I have it on recording of him doing it because I asked to switch rooms because there was bed bugs. All I wanted was to switch rooms and if not that, then at least a refund and he wouldn’t do both. I’m getting my $ one way or the other, & before I left I yelled as loud as I could to everybody they had bed bugs. He wanna yell at me then imma announce to the whole building how filthy y’all are. You can’t talk to people how you want and expect to not get fired."
