"WARNING! We used muscled up movers three times for local moves over several years and we’re very happy. Based on our satisfaction, we used them again when we were moving out of state. To save money, we decided to have them load a U-Haul, as we were only moving 3 1/2 hours away. We had movers on the other side unpacking the U-Haul. There was generally a lot of difficulty with the move, most of which we could put aside, as it’s a tough business, and it’s hard to find good people. However, when we got to our new home and opened the truck we found what you see in the attached pictures. Things weren’t tied down or wrapped, even though we had dozens of moving blankets that we provided to them. Furniture was scratched, and a few things were broken. We understand that things happen, and we thought that muscled up would come through for us. We filed a claim, as we were told to do. We went back-and-forth with them, often, waiting 2 to 3 weeks to hear from them. They asked us to send pictures. They asked us to send vendors from where we bought the furniture along with receipts, which we did. We waited. in the end, they said it wasn’t their responsibility because we transported the items on our own, which was never explained to us. They said it wasn’t their fault but they would give us some thing like $130. We didn’t take it. So disgusted. We are the kind of people who rather write a good review, but this was truly one of the worst moving experiences, and, quite honestly, one of the worst customer experiences of any kind that we’ve ever had. Please ask all the questions you need to ask if you are moving out of state and not using their vehicle. We wish we had."

"I hired Muscled Up Movers to move a hot tub. I was very anxious about it, but this group of guys did such a great job! They took their time and were very methodical about how they were going to do their job. They moved it successfully without a scratch on the hot tub or anything at either residence. We realized that the boards under the hot tub were rotting so they took time at the end of the move to remove and replace those boards. All with a great attitude! I would highly recommend this company!"
