"This place needs massive improvement to be on a better customer service delivery/receiving system. If your in a straight truck or box truck of sorts. Think twice before delivering here, it’s a horrible process. The security has no system in place to attend those that have been there long. Semi-truck are attended first even if you’ve been waiting before them. Please owners, supervisors, managers and leads. Help this process go much smoother and faster for future drivers."
"Not a good place to deliver Expedite load they don't care about small trucks. They put you to sit atthe gate not caring that you might be having a load to pick up. They take Semis first and if a dock opens they can consider Small trucks. Don't bring a load thinking you'll be out ASAP nopes. Nasty for Expedited load. Not coming here no More"
"The first time delivering expedite freight here. It was an easy process. The guard was helpful in showing where I had to go, gave me a map of the place and assigned a door. The number/letters are big and welll lit above the door. And the receiver was a nice fellow. All in all a good spot to deliver to."
