"Customer server grumpy lady. Only wants to do it their way. I tried to give woman a website to see the chair and she wanted me to send in a picture in a email. Then got an attitude when I explained my way was easier for both of us. Then gave me excuse of "I'm Working." Ultimately she hung up. She got in her feelings."
