"I made an appointment for a COVID vaccine. The staff did not honor my appointment and took patients on a first come first serve basis. I waited over 30 minutes behind several others who did not have an appointment to get my vaccine. Then the staff tried to give me a flu shot. I had to tell them again I made an appointment for a COVID shot and redo the paperwork. Not competent. Go to Walmart or Publix."
