"I am highly disappointed in the service that my son received during his visit at the Montgomery location. We arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time. We were made to wait over 45 minutes before being called. Other people were placed in front of us who arrived well after us. Apparently someone mixed up his paperwork."
