"I have been going into Lowe's for the last 20 years and I have finally had enough of the racism that goes on in this store. I will never return to this low's location ever again. And I highly recommend if you are white or any other race other than African American to not go into this store. Because they will not help you, they will treat you wrong. Worst service ever, this is my seventh encounter of racism in this store and I will most likely get some friends together and wear a body cam so I can Sue this store for racism."
"Plenty of space for backing and isn’t too busy as of 08:00. Slide your tandems if you’re waiting in line at check in they’ll make you do it. After you dock they want you to disconnect and pull away from trailer. No big deal. I made the mistake of reconnecting after sitting for 40 mins on green. Understandable, most places say to wait for your pw before reconnecting or pulling from dock. A lady that works in the office came out to check something on a knights drivers truck and made me disconnect again. It’s going on an hour now with no call for paperwork. First of all if you want to be petty you have signs saying to back Into a spot or don’t check in… it was ok for knight to disobey that rule! And secondly have some respect for our time! Places like these piss me off that it takes more time to get a signature than to unload the trailer. If you say that it’s for safety teach your staff to not switch the color from red to green like 98% of places we go. How dumb could you be? .. but for a good note the lady that checked me in was super nice and the guards were good too. Even if the whole making me disconnect again didn’t happen I still say this place sucks for the fact they have a hard time finding a pen to sign with"
"My only issue with this location is its physical location. The road is narrow. The staff and the actual site are good. Massive lot is mostly empty because its so new. Driver check in is all the way around the building for some reason once you get inside. Big sign on the building and picnic tables by the door, can't miss it. I don't recall seeing bathrooms here, but I also wasn't looking for one."
