"The store employees are courteous and try to be helpful but they are not capable of matching paint colors. I have made several attempts to match a specific trim paint for my homes exterior. One employee did get a one quart matched perfectly but could not duplicate the color in a gallion formula.I returned again to have the store try again. They tried but failed. I returned a third time to have them mix the exact same formula in four separate quarts. The color again didn't match. The store has charged me for all of the paint that doesn't match the original color they mixed in the beginning. The advised there weren't refunds on paints where pigment had been added?The money is not a big thing but I have certainly been frustrated with all the wasted time and lost days painting. We have used Sherwin Williams for many years in the past for our home. The paint we have purchased has always been very acceptable. Just don't ask them to match a color."
