He was pleasant and professional and we felt comfortable immediately. He seemed less like a salesman and more like an expert sharing his knowledge. Once we made our selection, he took us through the quick and painless financing process, getting us zero interest for three years. "Very good experience. Went in just to look and was helped by the manager, Craig. Told him our price range, he guided us thru the choices based on our daughter’s sleep habits, and then showed us what was available in her price range. What was offered weren’t what she was looking for in comfort. He then said for a bit over her price range (thinking great, here we go with the upscale), but no, it was just about $100 more than her price range. The Matress was 100x better than the firmest in her original range. Ended up buying! No regrets. Didn’t feel like there was any pressure to buy. Will recommend"

"I received 2 pillows for Christmas from my elderly parents. They were extra soft and we wanted something more firm. The manager was reluctant to take the pillows back but eventually he said he would be able to exchange them. He inspected the pillows and then had an associate inspect them. He tried to tell me the pillows used be branded as medium but the new packaging said extra soft. He was attempting to get me to keep my current pillows which I did not want to keep. We looked at some different pillows and I ended up upgrading to much more expensive pillow that cost $250 each. It is what I wanted. During the whole process I felt the manager trying to pull used car salesman techniques to get me keep the original pillows and not treating me respect. It was not a good experience. The replacement pillows should arrive in a 5-10 business days."

"Went to Mattress Firm on Sunday. Craig the store manager was very helpful. I have had 2 back surgeries both hips replaced and a knee replacement. Craig was understanding in what I wanted and needed for me to have a relaxing/peaceful sleep. I took a day to think what I want to purchase. Tuesday I returned and made my way over to the bed I chose. A few customers came in as I laid on the bed. I started messing with the remote for the platform and used the head and leg lift. Then I found the massage button. Long story short. I purchased that as well. I can't wait soon enough for it to be delivered. Bill"
