"Jutta Nixon (she helped me w/ the purchase of a sofa @ the Greenwood, IN store in October) was very helpful showing me the options for a side chair I wanted. She knew exactly where the swivel chairs were (spread out in the store ~ so that was impressive!) and after showing me the options encouraged me to go back and try the ones out that I liked. She did check on me a couple of times but was not hovering. It was great! I was very pleased w/ the service."

We found loveseats that both of us liked and we decided to order them that day. We were extra surprised and pleased to find out there was a sale and we purchased them at a cheaper cost. "Very happy with our experience. We were greeted when we walked in the door. We were asked what we were looking for and pointed in the direction we needed to go. Salesperson wasn’t overbearing. Gave us her name and offered her help when we needed it. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. This is the second couch we’ve purchased from Kittle’s in ten years. The quality of the first one brought us back to purchase the identical style."
"The sales woman was great. She was very patient with us while we went back and forth on deciding what bedroom suite to buy. We ended up getting an Amish made bedroom suite and I absolutely love it. It is gorgeous and even looked better once we got it home. It’s so well built and strong. The quality of craftsmanship is very good. It was pricey, but this will be furniture that will last a very long time so it’s definitely worth it. You pay for quality."
