"ETA: Transaction completed and I got refunded. After getting ahold of someone everything went smoothly. Even though I bought it on FBMarketplace, e-mail seems to be a better means of communication with them. ETA: S&Co reached out via email after this review. Their email was very professional. We have worked out a solution. I will update when the transaction is complete. Bought a dining chair I saw on their Facebook Marketplace page. Picked it up, new in the original packaging, drug it all the way home and the leg is almost broken off. There is no place on their website to call. Sent them a Facebook message. No response in 3 days. Tried to send another message and I believe I’ve been blocked from their page and messaging them. Do not purchase from them."
"UPDATE: The customer service rep emailed me back and was apologetic and helped me understand where they had actually listed that it was missing a leg :) I really appreciated their thoughtful response and they provided a refund. Original review: Bought a dresser, picked up and took it all the way home to find out it’s the wrong dresser that was packed. Drove all the way back and luckily they gave me a refund so I tried again. Took the new one home, bought other items to match… went to set up and it was missing a leg and had a random black motor part in the box…."

They are typically very good at indicating any missing parts/pieces and the couple times (out of literally over 25 orders) something was amiss they took the product back for store credit with zero fuss. This is a great spot for getting some deep discounts if you are willing to read the descriptions and take a tiny risk."
