"This is a small, usually quiet, park. I enjoy grabbing some food and having a small picnic and reading a book. The park is right on the riverside, so there's plenty to explore. **The parks department should do a better job of cleaning up debris (as should the people who frequent this place). I've seen workers grab the trash can and leave trash right next to it; if there was less junk everywhere, I'd give higher marks."
