"Fun safe open playground. Nice clear grassy area adjacent for running, rolling down the hill, or field sports. Playground is unique to my experience. Much more options for climbing and agility activity than most. Very soft padding underneath in case of a fall."

"This is similar to a park playground for kids, with slide, swings, and monkey bars; except everything has been made bigger, better, and blue. On the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, and immediately beside the USS Indianapolis Memorial. (There's also a temporary enclosed dog park immediately to the side of here, for September through November, 2023.)"

"This was a nice park. I wish it had more shaded areas for the summer heat. Since my boys are big climbers, they thoroughly enjoyed this park. I don't find it too suitable for kids 4 and under. They have a kiddy climb/slide, and that's about it."

"No public restrooms! Or at least not that I could find either the woman I asked if she knew where they were. Street parking. The playground is for older kids. There is just a slide for toddlers. It's a beautiful spot to enjoy the canal."

"This is a beautiful place to sit and unwind, enjoy the scenery or even spend time with your family. You're able to walk across the bridges, rent a paddle boat to ride or bike ride along the trails.i definitely recommend paying it a visit. Fair warning the slides are metal and extremely hot in warm weather. My son realized that today"
