"Terrible place to do business. Wouldn't give more than %10 for a basically brand new hammer drill, and tried to tell me they couldn't do anything unless I gave them a $20 bit that sells separately. Female that didn't know the first thing about tools and called herself the store manager, also had a piss-poor attitude M&M Pawn in Theodore did 25% and knew the drill didn't come with bits, lol."
