"I went in this location(semmes) today and purchased some Tommy Hilfiger boots for work and I got home later that day opened the box and they are the wrong size wow !!!"
"After walking 2 the two store associates on 10/30/21 at 6:45 pm and telling them the boxes are empty and no one offered to go in the back and get shoes. I walked to the register where the snagged tooth blonde girl and brown head co worker who was sitting in the floor never offered to come help me and my family. We were going to buy 5 pairs of shoes and ended up walking out empty handed because of poor customer service skills y’all lost shoes dept because of your employees"
