"If you do anything with this business make sure it's in writing or recorded. I don't know about any of the other counselors that work there but crystal should not be one of them. I don't know if she started this business because no one wanted the hire her. On the counseling side she was always late and also cut the sessions short granted I only hade two. The first one she mostly talked about herself. Wasn't what I was looking for from the start because I was looking for a therapist not a counselor. But I was going to continue because both them and my insurance said it was coved. Now on business side. I looked on my bank statement and I saw a charge that I shouldn't have gotten so a called them. As soon as she answered she started out aggressive. Saying I have the right to charge you and we called and emailed and everything. I turned out they didn't and her employee lied. They tried to charge me for the two apartments and for a no-show for one that I didn't even schedule. She said fine I will just right it off as a loss and refunded me. The next week they called me back to collect the same money after that. Then just forced a charge thru and double charged me. There excuse was that insurance didn't cover it. My insurance suggested them and strive said I was coved. If I want coved why want it checked or resolved the first visit instead of trying to get as many visits as possible. Anytime I call I'm met with aggression and they hang up."

"The CEO owner and counselor, Crystal Mullen-Johnson, would repeatedly show up to our sessions 5 minutes late to our 9:00am sessions after her morning pilates session and consistently end our sessions 10 minutes early. All while billing me for a "60 minute session". In my last session with her, she arrived 20 minutes late to a Telehealth appointment after providing an excuse. I had to ask her if she would charge me the full amount for our session given her tardiness and the answer was yes. After emailing her and her office about my experience and how disappointed I was, her response was not an apology, but stating that she "stands by her policies.""
