"I stay here quite often and usually enjoy my stays, but this most recent time was terrible. The digital key worked one time for me and then never again. I was only interested in staying here because of the contactless check-in. There’s someone with a dog on the second floor that would bark whenever someone would open/shut their door. We were woken up at 2am to the fire alarm flashing in the room. It took so long for someone to come and turn it off. I was in the restroom when I could hear someone trying to get into the room. It was housekeeping trying to see what time I was leaving, well before checkout. The hotel smelled of weed as I was leaving."

"I worked her I will say this is a amazing Crew. There is always one A hole out the bunch, I never cared. It’s not the place to work for far as paying bills only for people who live with there parents, or in school easy money to make, but I will not wait no more 2 weeks to see a 400 dollar check. As fast as the guest checked out I checked myself out blessing to them."

"Stayed a night while moving to a new place in another state. Room and services were alright, if a bit overpriced ($200+ for one night+security deposit is a lot for a regular hotel) Checked my bank account a few weeks later to see I was charged twice, because I was charged for an extra night's stay that didn't happen. They also took my security deposit because the hotel cleaning staff claimed that I left items in the room. It took multiple calls over a week to both customer service and the hotel itself to finally get a refund processed for the charge for the supposed 2nd night stay, and I dont feel like trying to get my security deposit with how much of a hassle it was to get the other money back. I want to assume that this was an issue of mismanagement on the hotel and the charges were out of confusion and the lack of following proper housecleaning and bookkeeping procedures, and not because the hotel is trying to milk more money out of people who stay. However with this, and other issues that have been reported, I cant trust the Hilton/Hampton Inn chain and I will avoid staying in their hotels if I can help it, and I urge others to do the same."

"I had done an online check in and selected my room. I had some issues with the digital key and couldn't retrieve the key to my room. When I got there, I learned my room I digitally checked in was issued to someone else. I was advised rooms were double/overbooked and was given a room upgrade. I was pleased with the room as it was my 12th year anniversary. Check in was smooth and the front desk was super helpful. The digital key didn't work so I had a get a physical key which wasn't a big deal. Complimentary breakfast didn't look appealing so I didn't eat it. Looked cheap and low budget lol Overall, enjoyed my stay and will be back!"

"During my stay at this hotel, I felt like I was a rich person. The room I had was very modern and colorful. Check in was streamlined and the staff looked neat and professional. They seemed genuinely interested in helping us feel comfortable and welcome. EVERYTHING was SUPER CLEAN, and the room was stocked with a lot of unexpected "extras.""
