"***if you love your family, do not send them here*** I wish I could write how I really feel, but my review would be flagged, removed, and my rating would be unimpactful. The staff here allowed my grandmother to sit with a UTI from a catheter for nearly three weeks, which led to her becoming septic. She's progressed into renal failure, and now is experiencing total organ failure. My family and I are now waiting for her to die. I don't know whether this incident was due to oversight or negligence, but it doesn't matter. The conduct of the staff has led to the death of my loved one, and if you care about your family, run from this place."
"The facility is old…corroded faucets, missing baseboards, dirty linens, left dried blood on the floor for a few days. The staff would be gathered around the nurse station while lights outside rooms were turned on, needing assistance. Had money stolen from a dresser. Welcomed my loved one with open arms, then once inside, very hard to talk to administration. They did refund the stolen money, so that was nice."
"I would highly recommend them to anyone. My family member was sent to them for care. They assisted with getting the paperwork done. Very professional and caring. I love the staff and how they communicate. My family member is happy and safe. Just awesome. I would not have been able to get things in order without them."
