"Worst mistake I ever made. My family and I was in town visiting family for a few days and decided to stay close and be frugal as well. Now I never do this and thought it would be fine to sleep, shower and leave for the 3 days we were here.ot was bad. Rooms have a musty odor, capets make you wanna keep you shoes on and servie non existent. Please just spend the extra money trust me you will be glad you did to dodge this dump. You really do get what you pay for."

"Comprehensive Review of Quality Inn and Suites Experience My recent stay at Quality Inn and Suites left much to be desired, failing to align with the high standards typically associated with Choice Hotels. Regrettably, several aspects of my visit raised concerns that merit attention. The staff's lack of knowledge was evident, and the overall cleanliness of the room fell significantly below expectations. The bathroom, in particular, was in a deplorable state, and the jacuzzi tub did not meet acceptable hygiene standards. The state of the floors was equally disappointing, and even the window was found covered in ice, impairing the overall experience. In light of these issues, it is disheartening to witness a corporate entity such as Choice Hotels endorsing an establishment that seems to deviate from its own established guidelines. I have taken the liberty of attaching images to this review to provide a visual representation of the encountered concerns. This comprehensive review is intended not only as an expression of personal disappointment but also as constructive feedback with the hope that the establishment can address these issues and uphold the reputation associated with the Choice Hotels brand."

"The $150 deposit is true. Which I understand. If you can’t afford it then this hotel does not want you. I was charged a $25 early check in fee. For checking in at 1pm. I was not happy about that. I paid it because I’m not going to have my daughter sit in a lobby for 2 hours. The rooms are not nice. Big whole/dent in the wall from what I assume was a fight. The peeling wallpaper is off putting. I don’t know why maintenance can’t glue it back. Or the manager. To make the room a bit nicer. But what is really, REALLY upsetting is they advertise a free hot breakfast. I brought this to the attention of the front desk. And she scoffed stating they have a hot waffle maker and hard boiled eggs (which are cold). I asked for my $25 early check in fee back because of the false advertising and not to mention I was barely here. She said no and the manager would not be in today or tomorrow. I’m going to dedicate enough of my free time and reach out to choice hotels or the owner/operator of this hotel and make sure something is done. Don’t bother staying here. It’s currently 8 am on December 26th and there was only 1 person at breakfast which should be packed. But when your options are bagel, bread, muffin, waffle, hard boiled egg, yogurt, banana and an apple. Why bother. Don’t bother with this hotel."

"Room was decent. That’s about the only thing. Beware that they do require you to pay a $150 deposit that you will get back after they check your room at checkout. Breakfast was a joke. No hot foods but the waffle maker. Weight room was just thrown together. Elevators are sketchy. They had reasonably priced snacks in the vending machine. However, the ice cream machine was broken :( I’ll probably never stay at this hotel again."
