"I actually love their tamales however I ordered 4 dozen tamales for my daughter’s surprise birthday celebration and when we arrived we were told that they didn’t have a order for me that day. So I called and spoke with someone after speaking to two of their employees the third one said that he had an order for the day before. The lady that took my order placed it for the wrong day. Anyway my sister went back and they still had them from the day before so I received cold tamales that should have been discounted but weren’t because of a mistake that she made. Nonetheless my guest and I enjoyed the tamales. They really should have received five stars but because they made a mistake and I ended up paying full price for something they did which wasn’t fair they only received two(2) stars"
