"Very loud factory. I live a mile away and goodness they are loud! It must be the fans on top of the building! They need to be quieter, I feel sorry for the people that live directly across from the building! Companies build attenuated exhaust fan modules for this exact situation. Would be a cheap fix and helpful for the community environment!"
"Worst communication between management and the employees I've ever seen management doesn't care about their employees here they don't solve the issues u have they are major smoke blowers and when it comes to safety they don't take safety very well and management doesn't do their jobs at all they would rather blow u off and ignore it then solve their issue the hiring process takes months to get u on its ridiculous to the point where they even extend your offer the drama their is like high-school all over again no shifts work together"
"Bad communication as in what was said either didn't happen or was not brought up by them again for an extensive period of time. Hiring on takes months before they get you on even to extend your offer because they don't communicate well or often. Ideas and suggestions about safety aren't taken seriously. 3rd shift is a skeleton crew as management isn't there and when promised to show up are still never to be seen even when asked multiple times over a few weeks."
"30 minute unload a day before my appointment. The road gps uses is 12 ton posted limit."
"PPG powder plant has the worst plant manager in the history of managers! Worst leadership I've ever seen in my 32 years of working. Hands down the worst company to ever work for. Do yourself a favor an do not apply for work at that facility...."
