"Went into make a purchase. Even thou an employee clearly seen me at check out refused to check me out until I hit a little assistance bell placed on counter. Wasn't calling for a bellhop, just needed to check out. Plus How often is this bell that hundreds I assume hit a day for device is sanitized! Just put someone at the register please!"

"Unable to get our full prescription in. Spoke with the pharmacist and they were able to get us a partial prescription so my son wouldn’t be without. I was told on the phone that it would be ready in an hour. We gave them 2 hours and then sat in line at the drive thru for another 50 minutes only to be told that it would be an additional 30 minutes or so and we would need to wait in line again. Very frustrated!"

"Waited 10min for the flu shot. Then after filling out all my info one of the techs came up and said "We're going on lunch in a couple minutes, tell him to come back." Sweet."

"Pharmacist refused to take my GoodRx unless I came back at a later time (even though my prescription was ready). I've used it there regularly and it was just now a problem for some reason. The main pharmacist lady came up and said they cannot take it through the window and I explained they have several times before and I wasn't sure what the issue was. I ended up having to pay full price (nearly double) because I couldn't come back later/was already in a rush and needed my medicine that day. They literally spent more time arguing with me about the proper procedure than what it would've taken to just take my discount card LOL. Shocking...they promote saving money on prescriptions but then these things happen. No wonder everybody around here is switching to somewhere else..."
