"I stopped in because I wanted to start getting into making mead. I walked in and was greeted by the owner and asked what I was in for. When I told him he was very helpful and gave me a good show of the store. He made me feel very welcome and took the time to explain the mead making process. He was in the middle of unpacking a shipment but still took the time to make me feel like a valued customer. When I told him I was getting a starter kit from a friend he did not once try to push a sale on me. In fact he even offered for me to send him a picture of my set up to see if I would need anything else. I also came in right around closing time(quite possibly after store hours) and he did not once try to rush me out the door. I know that I will be back here to get bottles and all supplies from this store just because of this one visit. I ended up picking up the book "The Complete Mead Maker" just because of how nice and welcoming Dan was today."
