"Trash. Ordered and spent $3K on a couch, cash. Couch looked dirty when second half of delivery arrived (came in two separate orders). Called and complained. They sent someone out that convinced me it wasn’t old, but that they would order me more cushions as two were MUCH flatter than the others. The owner stated the flat cushions were the first thing he noticed. This was a month ago and still no cushions, which they called today (after I reached out) to tell me they won’t arrive for another TEN days. Go elsewhere and spend your money without the issues. it’s not like you’re saving any money anyway—but you will save a headache. Thinking of dealing with this with my bank since this place won’t do anything worth a damn. Ridiculous."
