"This place is trash! Totally unprofessional the lady Pauline told me the bed I purchased was taken by another associates. This was the day item was suppose to be delivered. The Bluetooth speaker sound didn't work and she never provide the remote. I've been back and forth trying to see what can be done. She screamed at me saying; "you can't get money back, no refund, no exchange!" Then when she called the owner I heard the entire conversation he told her I can get another speck price is the same for all speakers. She then got off the phone and told me the other speaker is 200.00 dollars more. Lied with a straight face, to my face. I'm sure she's doing under the table work at this business. I really would like to speak to the owner. She wouldn't provide his name or contact information. If anyone knows how I can get his information that would be great."

"My daughter and I went to purchase a living room set and was greeted by a very nice person ( MS. PAULINE). We are so greatful for such a friendly, helpful lady. We explained our needs, color scheme, price range and she came thru with a very nice selection of furniture and rug. Everything was delivered and setup the very next day. Thank you Pauline! The team here are absolutely wonderful- the best customer experience I have ever encountered. Both Luna and Eddie were extremely professional and made sure I found exactly what I wanted at a fair price. When it came time to my furniture being delivered the wrong couch arrived, (a simple mistake of no one’s fault), Eddie immediately made it right and made sure I received the couch I wanted.
