"Overall the staff was extremely rude! We paid for a party and they harassed us the entire time we paid for. The host even lit our birthday candles before we were even back to the table. I had to blow them out and relight them once our party gathered back to the table. We were only one hour into our 2 hour window at this point. Next the host was harassing me for a review along with the possible “manager” Yoanna or Yo Yo. Then about 15 min at the end of our party time slot they started rushing us out the area and we told her we were packing up to another table. Then as we’re we’re going to our new tables they threw all of our plates and decor away before we got a chance to collect them in addition to our salad plates. Finally we visited the salad bar and was told the plate was not correct and we explained our original was thrown away b4 we can collect it. The “manager” “yoanna or yo yo” proceeded to Snatch the plate out of our guests hand and then immediately called security when she was being the aggressor. Once we spoke with security we let them know we paid for salads they understood and gave us a new plate which “yo yo” could’ve done from the beginning!! She didn’t even ask!! We’ve been here many times b4 and no issues! This time We felt like we were being racially discriminated against on top of everything and due to all of these we will never be returning to this establishment. And we would advise others not to attend either especially if you are African American. Zero stars on the review!!!"

"Great place for a kid to be a kid. The children are free to roam and explore and have fun. This location is protected by certified uniform armed security officers. The veggie pizza is delicious, Chuck E. Cheese makes several appearances to meet and greet the children. I love this location, and I highly recommend it"

I’m back 10/7/22 I visited this location and I had a great time there was more game selection then in kedzie and the food was great I glad I was able to see the animatronics perform I’m on a mission to visit every Single Chuck E. Cheese stage so thank you for the fun visit see you soon from Nathan.keep in touch(as of 11/29/23 marks the end of a era.phase 4 will be missed greatly but most of all the animatronics, hopefully their in a better place now and will be remembered till the end of time. "Great place for my daughter's 5th birthday party. The staff were very helpful and informative whenever I had questions and needs. The games were all functional. And despite there being a lot of people there on a Saturday with multiple parties going on, there was ample space to move around and not feel trapped in."

"Overall, good experience. Pizza was pumpkin-shaped, kids liked that. Staff was helpful. Was supposed to get 30 e-teckets for downloading the app, but employees didn't seem to know about it (even though they had signage up.) But, they were friendly about it. Nice variety of games. Wasn't overly crowded. Overall a good experience. Would recommend to family and friends."
