"I wish you could put some prescriptions on auto refill so you don’t have to call every month. I also had a second insurance and whenever I would go to pick up my prescriptions, they would always forget to bill my second insurance. Therefore I would always be told to come after being told initially what time to pickup my prescriptions. This happened every single month and they always acted like I was the problem no matter how many times I gave the the information. They never really explained what the problem was, but it was a monthly inconvenience. I eventually moved my prescriptions."
"I was a customer of this one, and I remembered what I went through... Trust me on this. I'm a diabetic, and well... the inconsistent behavior after one of their other pharmacists left was crazy. Then of course they ended up hanging on to a card that I NEEDED before leaving town. It took an act of congress to get it, and the Piggly Wiggly store assistant manager at the time was being quite a snot about it. I made a consumer decision to no longer be the customer of the pharmacy."
