"In dealing with a mentally ill family member the medication needed was vital. Angela the pharmacist was very understanding and made sure that we had enough to get us through until prescription could be filled."

"The young man that was in the pharmacy ALONE today was EXCELLENT!! The poor guy(I don't know his name) was doing his best to make sure everyone got what they needed, even though some of the customers were EXTREMELY rude to him. I commend him for keeping his cool in the face of such rudeness. He definitely needs a raise!! Thanks to him my Mom won't have to be in pain with a broken ankle."

"The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful when answering questions. The cashier wasn't having a good day obviously but we all have a bad day now and then."

"Went to pick up medications for my elderly mother this evening. My mother told me they close at 8PM. I showed up right at 7PM, not realizing that that was the time they actually closed. The girl with glasses at the front looked irritated and snarkly said, "We close at 7". Like I am sorry, but you still have everything open and it was literally 7 on the dot. It's not like I am going in to a restaurant at closing time. The pharmacy tech or whoever she is needs an attitude adjustment; I wanted to smack the ugly and stupid out of her. Hartselle is supposed to be the place of southern hospitality, but it sure is not found at the Walmart pharmacy. I highly recommend using a different pharmacy in the area if possible."

"The pharmacy manager at this location is a true professional, genuinely cares about your health, medications, interactions, and make sure you’re ok with your medication before you leave especially if it’s a new one. Recently, picked up a new prescription, within an hour or two I received text message for review on she and her staff had done. Called, left me a voicemail. Well I was driving, in town, and needed items from Walmart (hate going in there except for prescriptions) so I assumed I’d just walk over and speak with the attendant and let them know who I was and what I was there for. Jenn(Jenner maybe) completed her customer, & task at hand, came out of the pharmacy called me off to side for My privacy and machine gunned the questions with the bottom line of i care about you, your health, medication, etc but also your consumer interactions with her staff. When I left 1st time I was pretty confused and decided to discard the medication till next dr apt. She explained what it was, side effects, when to take, and so on. She is very personable and knowledgeable, down to earth, a true consummate professional and an upgrade to any staff, pharmacy, or team. Would love to have a team full of Jenns on my staff. Not to mention (don’t know, didn’t ask, and doesn’t matter) she appeared younger to be a pharmacy manager but after speaking with her her for 60 seconds it’s easy to see why she was five and put in that position. Had already called to transfer any remaining prescriptions to other local pharmacy but after the above and beyond in today’s society it’s all about me i decided to stay where I am for the time being as they know all my pertinent information already. One thing that stuck out was not a reprimand but a leaning opportunity to which i Will try to incorporate into my own management Style. Walmart should not only be proud to have her as a team mate, but open the check book, Perks book etc bc you wouldn’t want to lose her although it might be a stepping stone to open her own pharmaceutical which will no doubt be a success and where my prescriptions will be filled. Please cont the work as the public has a way of getting and wearing you down. True asset to the team and should be recognized for it and hope this does in some way."
