"I hate Lowe's but they got me out of a bind Saturday and the senior citizens that helped me were knowledgeable and found parts for me in 2 seconds. Hartselles better than Decatur store even though it's smaller. It comes down to people. The employees were so helpful and knowledgeable that it over shadowed previous bad experiences."

"Today 09/03/2023 at 550 pm we approach the return desk with a compact refridge to return. The young girl seemed agitated that she might have work to do since it was very slow buissness. She scans our return, then gets the most obbious smirk on her face and says " sorry its past the 48 hour return policy, we wont take it" it was 2 hours past. She did not even call a manager, she was too busy smirking. We are done shoping this Hartselle Lowes, people always sittting down. She offered no resolution. Brad, the so called manager talked condesending to us when we came back. This store has poor customer service. Decatur took our return with no manager needed. Shame we had to drive all the way to another city."
"I have always bought a lot at lowes for fix and flip and new construction in huntsville decatur athens and madison. but this time in hartselle we are remodeling a house and the cashier always has a bad attitude and always tries to complicate me with my mvp account which has never happened in other lowes but it is true that pro employees have a bad attitude should be stay at home"
