Trash Taxi of Alabama

"So happy with the service we have had from Trash Taxi over the past 6+ years. They provide a large trash container for my business. a few times a year we have filled it up to the point we needed an extra pickup in the same week. Trash Taxi always gets out to my business the following day to empty the dumpster for us. Over the past couple of weeks we have had a large construction dumpster and our experience with delivery and pickup has been great! I could not believe the content of some of the reviews I came across on the Google page. I guess most people only write a review when they have had a bad experience."

"Roberto is a great guy and worked with my HOA in my neighborhood. He gave us a great price for two dumpsters for the weekend. He handled everything very well, even after we had some people in the neighborhood over fill one of the dumpsters. He had a good attitude about it even though people were inconsiderate. I would highly recommend using Trash Taxi for all your needs. He has the best prices and is reasonable when it comes to the other charges. We really appreciated how understanding he is. It was really nice to have someone who understands when you are on a budget and cannot spend an exorbitant amount of money. We really appreciate everything Trash Taxi did for us."

"Their policy- pay your bill three months in advance. If you don't we will not provide service. But if you do pay in advance, we will not provide good service. Truck is constantly 'broke down' - no pick up. This week was truck got too full - no pickup. Living in a rural area with lots of wildlife roaming this is an issue. Their cheap flimsy cans cannot keep the garbage in or the wildlife out. Especially when the can is out there and no pickup. Our city council made a poor choice on a long contract with a trash company that has problems picking up. And dealing with their rude unprofessional billing people is just as bad."

"Our city recently swapped to Trash Taxi. I wanted to like this company. Their trash trucks look really cool. My kids were excited to see them every week. However, there have been problems. First, they changed the trash date and did little to notify their customers. Not a big deal right? Well the more often then not, they miss the new date. Ok, I can work with that. Then they skipped our house one week due to "us having a balance". I had no idea about a balance. The bill they send every 2-3 months, never arrived. No big deal. As soon as I found out, I contacted them and paid the balance. Begged and pleaded for them to come pick up my trash as it was overflowing. Even offered to pay extra. They would not bend and were simply rude. They are making my family wait another week to get our overflowing trash picked up. Do yourself and your city a favor. Do not use this company. They seem to know nothing about customer service."
