"My earlier complaints (change of address with no notice given to me, no call back for 3 days to reschedule appointment and being treated as if the office just didn’t care) were immediately addressed both here and by calling me personally. I appreciate being taken seriously and being a valued patient. I went to my rescheduled appointment today and was treated kindly and professionally by all involved. I thank you all. And I appreciate Dr Beck as she is a fine doctor."

"Literally the worst care I have ever received from an office every appt they were disorganized and then blamed me for saying I was rude when I was more frustrated that my spots were being cancelled and now I have been discharged not even a week post op because they didn’t like me and basically told I could figure it out after having surgery complications would never recommend them to anyone and I’ve had two kids literally worst care I have ever received DO NOT EVER use this office."

"Decatur Morgan OB-GYN have been amazing! My family recently relocated to Decatur from New York state while I am 38 weeks pregnant. I was very concerned about how last minute this move was, and if I was going to be able to get an appointment anywhere. The Doctors and staff have been wonderful and I couldn't be more appreciative!"

"I delivered my little girl in June 2022, 2 days following my discharge I was readmitted into the hospital for congestive heart failure, I almost died. I had brought up to Dr beck I had weird feelings in my chest, which she brushed of, my blood pressure was elevated during every appointment, a few times having to be checked more than once but that was ignored, and also I had proteins in my urine, everytime I had brought up a concern Dr beck would tell me it was just a normal part of pregnancy. Apparently not considering how enlarged my heart was, I almost had to get open heart surgery, literally the day of my open heart surgery the surgery ended up being aborted because my heart had started returning to normal size 7 months following my labor and delivery, my final diagnosis was peripartum cardiomyopathy which is heart failure that can begin during the final month of pregnancy and take place at least 6 months following, I could have died, I was just lucky but many women are not as lucky as me. I truly feel like they were negligent and brushing me off and some of the trouble I went through could have been avoided if Dr beck was more thorough and attentive towards my concerns. my main reason for leaving this review is to request your obgyns do better and listen to their patients concerns, because everything I just went through was preventable and peripartum cardiomyopathy is a preventable cause of death. I do not want anyone going through what I had, because I'm traumatized from this whole experience"

"Dr. Reyes is amazing! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She actually listens to her patients and lets them know their options while leaving the ball in their court—not pushing her personal views on them. I haven’t felt this comfortable and valued with an OBGYN in a long time. Her nurse, Amy, is also wonderful. I 100 percent recommend this office."
