"I’m speaking from experience and my experience only. Staff were fine but dr Blanca herself not so much. I’ve felt rushed most of my appointments for one, my documents were inputted incorrectly stated one of my children were deceased , that I’ve had past c-sections…. None of my children are deceased and nor have I ever received a c-section. I felt like a lot of times she wanted to push me into getting one to the point i became extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately at this time I was pretty much stuck with her because of the wait to get in with another doctor or they didn’t take my insurance at the time. Fast forward now I go into the er because I was having contractions the ER nurse was absolutely disgusting and rude and I was told why exactly am I here ?? Ma’am be for real right now ? I stated to her I’m having contractions and came to be seen ? I was checked but was only 1-2cm at this time so was discharged and sent home. So anyways now prior to all of this I’ve had a birth plan set. I planned on keeping my placenta for my own beliefs and the benefits of it for me and my baby. Anyways now dr. Blanca herself knew my plans and disregarded this resulting in my placenta being thrown out. Now during delivery I’m worrying about baby and I I thought my Dr would have made this known. After delivering 30-1hr later. I asked my nurse at the hospital at the time where exactly Will my placenta be stored and that everything is good to go when it’s time to leave. She states it was thrown away ? And kind of was dismissive about it. But I was not having it at all at this point. I stated for her to find my placenta immediately. Luckily it was in the room with me the whole time and was in the biohazard bin in my delivery room still ! Absolutely a terrible experience not going to lie. Would not recommend this hospital nor her but that’s just me."
"One of the best doctors I have ever had and I am 40! Just had my second 3 months ago. She is very compassionate and very smart. She doesn't rush you out of the office either. She has delivered both of my babies and was amazing dealing with me as I was a high risk patient for a number of things (weight, age, thyroid, worrier). Thank you Dr. Blancas. I truly love you for sharing such a blessed moment with both my babies."
