"I booked an appointment for a Brazilian wax & full leg wax. Devon did a horrible job. There was a lot of hair left. I immediately asked for a touch up. The kind receptionists told me that everyone was fully booked for the day, and that I would have to return the next day to actually have the service completed. The manager was not helpful and wouldn’t even leave the back room. She kept sending messages through the receptionist. The manager wanted me to pay for a service that was not complete. Then, after leaving the center she sent a rude text message. I returned the following day for the touch up with a more qualified & detail oriented esthetician (Justine). She did a great job fixing the mess Devon left behind. After my appointment the manager (Laura Buhl) emailed me that I could no longer come to their centers. I’m being punished for them hiring bad estheticians that just rush and don’t complete the waxes. Do not go here!!!! Go to Noblesville!!! Do not waste your time & money. You’ll have to use the 5 day guarantee unless you get Justine, Shelby, or Ace. Only a few of their girls can properly remove unwanted hair at this W. 86th St location. I’ve watched the turnover for yearssssss. I hope one day they get qualified individuals working in their establishment. The national chain should be ashamed of the way this franchise chooses to do business."

"One of three locations in the Indianapolis area. Make sure you ask questions about the promotions as they are not always as good as first perceived. Is your first wax really free? Well that depends on the body part you are attempting to de-hair. I am looking forward to the day I can go step into a pool up of wax up to my upper lip and come out shiny! But since you want to know the reality. I enjoy being waxed. Your wax is as good as your specialist. The ladies are kind. There is a 9 minute late policy- after that you get put in EWC jail for so many violations and you can’t schedule ahead. I’m am expert on this policy. Go you will love the results. If you have never been waxed -try it! You can always go back to being fuzzy. But let me warn you the first wax is exhilarating because you don’t know what to expect. It’s the wax when you missed your wax that is scary friend. Commit. Commit. Commit."
