He has had my checking info since early Dec 2023 and I have emailed him- spoke with him, and from our conversations he has the attitude he doesn't care. I would not recommend this agent at all. In fact I will find take my business to AFLAC."

"Dealing with this office has been the worst experience. We have called and e-mailed for months and Mr. McClain has never once returned a phone call. We’ve spoken with Jessica, who takes our information and says she’ll have him call us back. He never has. We had to call Nick Smith (our previous rep who moved to Huntsville) to get some sort of response, and even he could not sort out all the mistakes going on in our account. We’ve been charged premiums for months for an employee who doesn’t have life insurance. When we explained this to John Robertson (another local rep) he denied it. Then ironically that same week we received a check in the mail refunding the money drafted for our employee, the one they said didn’t exist. Additionally, the charges for the remaining employees are not accurate. We’ve spoken with Liz Pierce (another rep) at length and she has stated “I’ll stay on Clint until he calls you”. Why does she have to stay on him to sort this out? Why doesn’t he just phone his clients? We called customer service and they offered to give us the phone number for … Clint McClain. I cannot make this story up. We have fraudulent charges and still no recourse for resolving the situation."
