"Hands down great shop altogether. I have purchased many glass pieces from these 2 Karma locations here in Columbus and I must say every time they have done me right. I encounter every staff member on payroll and all of them are so incredibly nice and that goes such a long way. Steve, I believe is the manager/owner, and he is phenomenal as well, folks, please keep up the great work, I recommend these 2 stores over any smoke shop in a 30 mile radius. "I use to like this place and I am regular customer. I watched how the place changed. Some of the girls there have a very sassy and disrespectful attitude to customers. I knew this place even before delta 8 was introduced, and it was never like that. Additionally, I know for a fact that they have raised their prices way more from what they used to be not that long ago. I can tell you that you are better off buying from another store or even a gas station."
