"Hours of business and phone number needs to be updated because I came here at 8:22 FRIDAY and the place is shut down but before coming I called for a whole hour and the phone would ring a few times and then make a loud noise. I needed to get my husbands anniversary gift out of layaway and was not able to and out flight leaves at 5am so he won’t have a gift to open for our anniversary!!!! Very annoying and inconvient"
"My 10 year old got her ears pierced after many years of attempts. The earrings were uneven...the one was high and super close to where the ear meets the face. The manager agreed and told us we could come back tomorrow for them to fix it. I'm sure hoping they can help make it right. My daughter was so excited to get them pierced and wants to show her friends at school Monday! I appreciated their willingness to try again!"
"Customer service is great. But they use a peircing gun. I havnt gone here just because im not sure if i should get my cartilage peirced by a piercing gun. Although if you want a helix a gun won't be as bad. Just go somewhere else if you want your lobes. Do some more research. This place is good but there are some places around Indianapolis that don't use guns."
"My granddaughter is 7 years old and they were absolutely wonderful with her. She was so scared they let her get out of the chair watch someone else get his done first. The man and his friends stuck around to cheer her on and we all applaud afterwards. The people at Pagoda were fantastic with her."
