"Moved in a few months ago, place is amazing, attached parking deck, secure access, your concierge (Richard and Lee) absolutely are the best. You can walk out the front door turn left or right and have some of the best restaurants within a 2-5 minute walk. Public areas are always clean and well maintained, love this place"

"This building is decent, but there's a lot of street noise on the weekends. Also, the city tickets anyone who parks in front of the building, despite it being a loading zone, unless they have some sort of business decal on their vehicle. Being that there's no other way to move anything in or out of the building, and the condo board will only allow you to move items in and out during the week, you should expect to be ticketed every time you move something in or out, or have a significant number of groceries or other bulky item where you must use this parking. I've spoken with both the officers who do the ticketing and their supervisor. They even said they'd remove on my tickets and never did. The city wants downtown development and then punishes residents who make the effort and spend the money to live there. Fortunately, I no longer support city taxes by living downtown, though I do eat downtown occasionally."
