"Rearranged my morning just to pickup an order for my daughter as a Christmas gift. The items I ordered weren't available to be shipped and the closest store that had availability for the items I wanted was the Castleton store. The Clay Terrace location is only 2 miles from my house. Castleton is about a 20 min drive for me. So I have until tomorrow, Thursday Dec 7th to pickup my curbside order. I showed up at today, Dec 6th at 10:51am and the doors are closed, lights off. Claire's is supposed to be open at 10am. After a few moments of confusion I walk across the hall and ask an employee of another shop if they knew anything. The worker proceeded to tell me the opener "is typically late but not this late. Just wait around and someone will be here." So I window shopped until 11:22am (30 minutes of window shopping I didn't need to do) and come back to lights off, doors closed. Attempted to reach Claire's corporate several times since then and haven't received a response. When I called the store the gal could have cared less about my time being wasted. I haven't shopped at claire's since I was a kid but this might be the last time as an adult."

"Really cute stuff and it's great that is located inside of Walmart having said that oh my mom got her ears pierced. Well actually Repair she's 80 years old and the woman didn't pay enough attention too much that she did culminating in my mom having the whole way off base with the other ear. She wasn't even able to keep it in so I realize that this could be a particular employee. The others might be great store is clean and it is as large with as much inventory as any other shop of the same:) Just be sure the person who pierces your ears has experience doing it"

"During July 4th weekend (I think it was Saturday), I went here to-the Claire's inside Castleton Square-to get my ears pierced. There was a very nice, very professional young lady working there alone. Apparently, she was expected to man the register & pierce ears simultaneously. While also working the floor? All I know is that it was busy & this young lady handled the entire situation with the grace and poise of an aged veteran & a natural leader. Somehow she managed to pierce the ears of the fidgety, wailing infant in line before me, rang up at least 2 or 3 sales, answered questions on the floor & did an awesome job piercing my ears all in a matter of minutes. She was like Wonder Woman & The Flash rolled I to one. It's too bad I didn't catch her name. Bravo & Excelsior to her whoever & wherever she may be!"

"The young ladies here were great. From the cashier to the beautiful young lady who pierced my baby girls ears. This was a birthday gift she requested. This young lady was excellent. She did it quick and efficient and was not painful at all to my baby girl. I recommend this place if you are looking go get a new piercing."
