"Quite interesting old design for a water tower! Hard to get good photos with 6 ft fence topped with barb wire."

"Interesting historical relic, but access is limited by fence. Residential area with parking on street."

"i love this structure. i want to live in it. I request the city of florence to terminate its tax burden of upkeep on this property which generates no revenue and give the property to me to live in and renovate. I'd give back to the community by using the bottom floor as an arts space for young and novice artists to explore their creativity in a informal and encouraging enviorment in which tools and supplies would be available and loaned out to the community like a library. I'd also like to use the space to explore alternative renovation and building techniques and realize my vision of design with this historic monument seamlessly fused with modern architecture aspects. i also think the location would make a great spot to instal a powerful wifi hotspot that would reach throughout 7 points and downtown to give internet access to our entire community for free, because a person equipped with knowledge is empowered"
