"The apartment is over priced, the managers never answer the phone for assistance. I would never reccomend this complex to anyone nor will I be renewing my lease. Pay for exterminator and the apartments still have gnats flies spiders ect, amenities are terrible aswell"

"Honestly, not worth the 1000 I'm paying for it. It seriously needs a complete overhaul. Broken screen door, filthy windows, wasp nest outside my back door, and the whole place outside could use a major power wash to boot. It's a sight for sore eyes. And that doesn't even take into account the things I'm not mentioning since those other problems were supposed to be done already and got pushed back to later in the weekend to be done so I won't mention those other issues here. I only mentioned the things that wasn't told to me that was on the list of things to clean up or fix. I hope they get this place turned around..."

"I currently live here. I really loved living here it’s nice I live on the townhouse side.I’ve been living here for three years almost and I have never been late on my rent since I’ve moved in. I’ve just recently had my first late payment and it’s because of the cornovirus. My job shut down in mid March and I let the associate Brittany that currently works there know the whole situation about my unemployment taking so long and that I’ve been out of work she really wasn’t any help besides saying that I needed to pay by the twentieth or she want be able to take my rent and that the court houses are closed so she want be able to file an eviction notice on me until it opens. She also said she wouldn’t take my rent after the twenieth and that the only way she would except my payment is if I give her May and June payment I currently owe for May and May hasn’t ended yet . She wasn’t any help I was like I’ve never been late so you know it has to be a reason smh. The corporate office was very helpful the lady that called was about to set me up on a payment plan but I let her knew my unemployment finally kicked in and that I would have all of May payment by the twentieth the lady said she would tell Brittany I don’t know if she did or not because Brittany still txted and called smh"

"This property along with their other properties are the worst paying properties that I have ever done commercial painting for. I suggest get your money before you do the work or have a lawyer on speed dial because you will need one. Terrible customer service in the office and even more terrible from home office!!!"
