"Since Ava has retired this place is a circus now. My child been a diabetic for MANY years never been hospitalized or anything and they will not write a school excuse because I didn't contact office on days my child was out of school! Why call for y'all to TELL ME THE SAME THING AS Y'ALL DID BACK IN JULY!!!! I WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW DOCTOR AFTER 9 YEARS OF BE WITH CHILDREN'S JUST SAD!!!!"

"While I absolutely adore Dr. Mick, I have called numerous times over the last month and a half, as well as my daughter's diabetic supply company, to request updated prescriptions for her pump and CGM supplies. Still no updated prescriptions or even a call back from the office despite requesting one each time I left a message. We are up to date on appointments, we do not owe anything, the service simply sucks!!! For the past month I have had to purchase supplies online with cash despite having health insurance all because of their poor customer service!! We have been with them since 2013 and have never experienced anything like this before."

"We brought my son in for possible hormone growth treatment when he was 12 years old. We have been told by the doctor for over 2 1/2 years that his height would be around 5 foot 8.. and that he did not need any growth hormone treatment. We were even told his height would be 5 foot 8' 5 months ago. My son just turned 15 and still has only grown to a 5 foot 3 and they are now telling me that he has passed the time of receiving the growth hormone treatment. This was a misdiagnosis by the doctor, and they are apologizing profusely. My older son received the same growth hormone treatment in the proper time, and he is now 5 foot 11. I don't know how these doctors can misdiagnose. Children and expect no repercussions. My son is devastated by these results. And I hope that the general public knows that these doctors are not worth the time. I will be contacting an attorney."

"While we liked the Dr. we were ASSIGNED (without notification), when the doctor we had selected and scheduled an appointment with left the practice, we have been underwhelmed by the practice as a whole. Appointments are hard to come by (long wait times for appointments), phone calls are not returned in a timely manner (I am currently awaiting a call back over a week after calling the office and leaving a voicemail), and over a MONTH after my child's test results were received, we are STILL waiting on a prescription for specialty medication to be sent in. The whole experience leaves me feeling very disappointed."

"Dr BeauChamp and her CNP, Allie, are the best of the best! Extremely thorough with my child and explained everything to me as they examined him. They were funny with him and made him feel comfortable and relaxed as they examined him."
