"I would like to start off by saying if I could’ve given negative stars I would. My S/O was involved in an accident rendering his vehicle totaled and from the very first time we spoke to Velena Preston about the appraisal and our claim not only was she rude but very defensive. Implying we were telling her how to do her job (we were asking questions.) Kept saying things like “we know how to do our jobs.” when they clearly do not considering they never even finished the appraisal of the total damages done to the vehicle. All of that I can get past but it’s when we heard her set the phone down while my S/O was speaking to her about concerns he had and then pick it back up about 5 seconds after he was done talking, then proceed to not discuss any of the concerns talked about (because she sat the phone down) and give the same response, “we know how to do our jobs.” Her attitude was poor and down right disrespectful especially for someone who is supposed to be in the costumer service industry. Needless to say we will be switching insurance companies. I wouldn’t recommend a rat on the street to go here if that tells you anything."
