"Don’t waste your time or your money. I had a eye exam last year at this location. The technician had a hard time getting the equipment to work until she went and checked how the other machine was calibrated. Once she got it to work I had 20/20 with my current prescription so she said they were going to leave it the same. After Dr. Ray did his evaluation he said he was going to change my prescription (why? I’d still like to know). I went and got my glasses for my new prescription and the left lense was very blurry. I called the office to see if they could just write it for my old prescription and they said I’d have to come back in for another eye evaluation and that I’d have to pay for it. I said No thanks. I recommend going Eastern shore eye care if you want professional treatment."
