"Waited an hour for something that should’ve taken 5 minutes (didn’t need to see the doctor and even made an appointment ahead of time). There was only one other patient ahead of me. When I finally got pulled back to the room I still had to wait a while in there. I eventually came out to check about my wait time and was told “you haven’t been here no hour”. The NP was very nice and friendly and the girl working the front desk was really sweet as well. Otherwise it was not a good experience."
